Perform investigation, root cause analysis, corrective action, preventive action and mistake proofing activities for in-house rejects and customer complaints; 调研，分析原因，改进措施，预防措施，验证不良品以及解决客户投诉 6. Perform product, ISO 9001 & TS16949 and familiar with internal auditing practical experience; 熟悉ISO 9001 & TS16949质量体系，并主导内部年审 7. Support the Continuous Improvement Programs, Lean Manufacturing; 支持公司质量体系进行持续改进和精益生产 8. Knowledge of Calibration, CMM measurement, MSA and PPAP 了解工具校对，三坐标测量，MSA，PPAP者优先 9. Ensure and keep all equipment to customs and norm levels. 确保所有的仪器设备保持正常使用状态。 主要工作范围（KRA）： 1. Cost Account Quality 质量部的成本和控制 2. Products quality control of supplier. 供应商零件质量监控 3. Propose Equipment update/replacements提议设备的更新和替换 3. Product Release/Shipment final decision最终决策产品下发和产品出货 4. Client Audit Responses客户审核的反馈 5. Decision to stop production related to quality issues涉及产品质量问题，可要求停产

1． Junior college or above, major in Mechanical, Electronics Engineering or related discipline;大专以上学历，机械，电子或工程相关专业 2． At least 3 years management experience preferably in mold making environment;至少3年管理经验，有模具行业工作经验者优先 3． Strong ability in troubleshooting and problem solving techniques;优秀的处理投诉,解决问题能力 4． Self-starter with strong leadership and presentation skills with quality mindset;很强的领导能力并展现质量的观点 5． Keen learner with analytic mind as well as good communication skills;热忠于分析并且好的交流能力
